With a background in Systems Engineering from the University of Lima in Peru, I always dreamed of pursuing an MBA in Canada and building wealth through real estate investment. In 2005, I packed my bags and made Canada my new home. Since then, I’ve embarked on a dynamic real estate journey—first as an investor, and now as a licensed agent.

In 2014, I proudly earned my MBA from McMaster University, a milestone that empowered me to combine my technical education and project management experience with my passion for real estate. These skills have been instrumental in executing effective buying and selling strategies for my clients, learning the ins and outs of Canadian construction, and even building a custom home.

I dedicate not only my full attention but also my heart to every client. I especially enjoy working with first-time home buyers and guiding real estate investors toward success. From staging homes and running comparative market analyses to reviewing market stats and answering every question, I handle the details that drive the highest returns. My clients’ best interests always come first.

Today, I live in Oakville and manage investment properties across the GTA—including Milton, Mississauga, Toronto, and Smithville. I’ve helped many clients achieve their real estate goals, and I look forward to helping many more.

As part of my personal journey, I also discovered a passion for running. What began as a way to stay active evolved into a deeper commitment, culminating in my recent completion of the Berlin Marathon. I’m now on a mission to earn all six Abbott World Marathon Majors stars—a goal that reflects the same dedication and drive I bring to my professional and personal life.
