I purchased my first investment property in 2002, and that experience sparked a journey that has grown into a diverse and hands-on real estate portfolio. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to build a modest collection of properties, including multiplexes, commercial/residential properties, condominiums, renovation projects for resale and custom home builds. Each step along the way has given me valuable insight into the market from multiple perspectives—buyer, seller, investor, and developer.

These experiences ultimately led me to obtain my real estate license, driven by a desire to help others achieve success in their own real estate journeys. I have achieved awards doing what I love but my biggest award has been becoming a realtor and helping my clients achieve their real estate success that has been the most rewarding.
