Peter Scholz is a highly accomplished Broker specializing in industrial/commercial real estate. With more than 30 years of experience, he has sold or leased over eight million square feet of industrial property, sold more than 1,000 acres of land, helped complete more than 300,000 sq ft of design-build contracts and concluded more than $150 million in investment property sales. He joined Royal LePage in 1992 and previously was President of his own brokerage and property management firm for 13 years. Mr Scholz is a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors, a Past President of the Central Canadian Chapter of SIOR and Past Chairman of SIOR Canada. He completed his Masters in Business Administration at the University of Western Ontario and has degrees in Science and Engineering. Mr. Scholz is alos a Professional Engineer of Ontario and is fluent in German. His hobbies include skiing, sailing, fishing, gardening, reading and travelling. He was captain/pilot in the Royal Canadian Air Force and on his last tour of duty flew the supersonic CF-101 Voodoo fighter aircraft.
