Paul Richardson grew up in Caledon in the Headwaters Region and continues to live on a horse farm in the country. The Fall Fairs of the area were and continue to be a big part of the Richardson Family started by his Father who was from a (Country) Agricultural background, and his Mother who was from a city (Town) background; hence Richardson Town and Country was born. Paul has real life experience as a town and country resident; he’s not just talking about it; he lives it! He knows what’s important in the properties and has a host of experts at his fingertips to service you both before and after your sale.

Paul graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a B.A. in Finance after graduating from Mayfield Secondary School. Paul entered the banking and telecommunications field ultimately becoming the Vice President of Customer Experience for American Express International. This has given Paul Canadian and International business experience to help you through one of the most important transactions of your life as well as Marketing and Advertising expertise in the modern digital world to market your current home.

Paul brought his personal and business expertise to the Real Estate World starting full time in 2012; immediately being named Rookie of the Year for his Brokerage and progressing through to be consistently named one of the Top Individual Agents for Royal LePage; leading the way for his Brokerage in average dollar sale.

Outside of his family and Real Estate career, Paul is highly involved in the Equestrian World as a Breeder and Exhibitor possessing the same drive required for Real Estate. Paul is a member of the Royal Winter Fair Horse Show Committee and past Board member of many other organizations including American Express Bank of Canada, the Headwaters Health Care Foundation and the Ontario Equestrian Federation.

Paul has a dedicated office in the Hamlet of Belfountain in the Heart of Caledon serving town and country properties in Caledon, Erin, Halton, Mono, and beyond. Paul knows what attracts people to the area and is genuinely excited about it as he chose to live here too! Let’s work together!
