I am a licensed journeyman plumber with a strong foundation in residential construction, bringing hands-on expertise in home building and extensive renovations. My experience in the trades has given me a deep understanding of how homes are built from the ground up, as well as the complexities involved in maintaining and improving them over time.
After becoming a landlord, I developed a growing interest in the real estate industry, which led me to obtain my real estate license. This transition allowed me to combine my technical knowledge with a passion for helping others navigate the property market.
In addition to my work in real estate and the trades, I am a Professor at Sheridan College, where I teach and mentor students entering the skilled trades. Sharing my knowledge and real-world experience with the next generation is something I take great pride in.
I am also committed to giving back to my community as a part-time firefighter with the Town of Milton, serving in the Campbellville area. This role reflects my dedication to community service and teamwork.
As a father of two, I understand firsthand how busy life can be for young families and how important it is to find a home that truly supports their lifestyle. This perspective allows me to better connect with clients who are balancing the demands of family, work, and long-term planning.
All of these experiences come together in my approach to real estate. I provide clients with more than just transactional support, I offer practical insight into the structure, condition, and potential of a home. Whether working with buyers or sellers, I bring a level of knowledge and care that helps people make confident, informed decisions.
