Karan’s career began in 2012 as a Sales Representative with Wyndham Vacation Resorts, a globally recognized brand. His strong work ethic and dedication quickly led to a promotion to Sales Area Project Director in Phuket, Thailand. In this role, he oversaw sales and marketing operations, managing a team of over 60 staff from diverse backgrounds. This experience honed Karan’s leadership skills and gave him valuable insight into working with a wide range of talented professionals. He actively supported his team in client communications, presentations, and negotiations, all while striving to exceed client expectations.
It was during this time that Karan discovered his passion for real estate, driven by the satisfaction of helping clients achieve their goals.
Karan made his transition to the real estate industry with Ray White, where he specialized in the sale of luxury homes, pre-construction sites, and condominiums. He also worked closely with buyers to identify ideal development sites in prime locations, assisting them with zoning requirements and preliminary feasibility studies for their projects.
In 2021, Karan joined Dreamland Property Group, a well-established commercial real estate brokerage, where he focused on the sale of secondary plan acreage, greenfield sites, and infill industrial and commercial properties. These sites ranged from 2 to 1,000 acres, and Karan’s in-depth knowledge of land development and market trends allowed him to excel in these transactions. His efforts contributed to over $110 million in sales, with the majority of deals being off-market.
While at Dreamland, Karan also helped developer clients find strategic land locations for their portfolios, facilitating off-market deals for both industrial and commercial purposes. His expertise in feasibility analysis, gross floor area calculations, and zoning regulations earned him the trust of his clients and allowed him to consistently secure profitable opportunities.
Building on this wealth of experience, Karan, along with his team, founded 4Land Projects.
