    As an area resident for the past 50 years and a family man for 30 years now, in his spare time Jason has been dedicated to supporting the community through involvement with Hockey, Soccer and Karate. Jason brings a broader experience to the Real Estate business with over 20 years in Transport Management, before becoming a leading Real Estate professional with Royal LePage in 2005.

    Jason’s knowledge and commitment to his Real Estate career has made him no stranger to recognition and awards over the past 16 years. Incredibly, Jason Achieved the Presidents Gold Award (Top 10% in Canada) in the first seven months of his career and he has maintained Award level production every year since being licensed.

    Selling your home is a stressful endeavor. Besides the fact that it is the place your family lives and creates memories, it is (for most people), the most valuable item a person owns and it can all be very overwhelming. Rob Kelly and his team at Royal Le Page took all that away. From the first moment he came to meet us we felt comfortable that we had made the right choice and he was always available to answer any questions. The presentation of the offers was stressful as well, but Rob took the reigns, explained everything to us and handled everything in a very professional manner.     The journey to sell our home actually started several years ago. We called in the local expert in the Trelawny neighbourhood (Rob Kelly) for some suggestions on things we could do in advance to maximize what we could get when we sold. Rob also provided the names of several contractors we could work with that wouldn’t break the bank. Family circumstances changed and we landed up staying a few more years than expected but it give us the chance to enjoy some of the changes we had made. When it came time this spring to put our house on the market we talked and interviewed 4 agents. Rob came out head and shoulders above everyone else. He knew the area and the changing market. He laid out a strategy and we put our trust in him. And he didn’t disappoint. Despite the quickly evolving market we had 6 offers and sold well above asking. He has also assisted in dealing with a post closing issue and has been in close contact with the buyer’s agent.
