Francine’s positive drive has always been her key to success. When Francine got her first “real” job, working in the local tobacco fields at the age of 15, people told her she wouldn’t last more than a week because of the tough physical demands. Francine was determined to prove everybody wrong and embraced the challenge head on, ultimately earning enough money to put her through University at Ryerson. She then went into the Hospitality Industry with an ultimate goal of becoming a General Manager of a Hotel.

Through a lot of hard work and perseverance, Francine achieved that lofty goal at the very young age of 28. But after awhile, she began to realize that it wasn’t her true calling. She wanted a career that would allow her to work more directly with people, as one as one would enable her to spend more quality time with her young family, which includes husband, Patrick, and children Breanne, Teagan, and Farran. Francine discovered real estate and it didn’t take her long to fall in love with the business.
