Hi, I’m Danny Barker. I’ve spent years buying and renovating properties with my family stretching across Ontario, including the GTA and Simcoe County. That hands on experience has given me a real understanding of homes that goes far beyond the listing sheet. I know what solid renovation work looks like, what to watch out for, and how to spot real value in a property.

But what matters most to me is how I show up for my clients. Buying or selling a home is often tied to some of life’s biggest moments — happy, stressful, or somewhere in between. With a background and education in support, and real experience aiding people through difficult transitions, I bring genuine patience and care to every relationship I build. Paired with strong communication and negotiation skills, I make sure my clients feel heard, informed, and confident every step of the way.

When I’m not out touring properties or at the negotiating table, you’ll likely find me on the volleyball court bringing the same teamwork, focus, and drive to the game that I bring to helping my clients win.
